Today I took their grooming services inspired by their good reviews.They are passionate about animals but definitely not professional groomers , its a good business model.Luckily I was there and saved my GSD from choking to death as they were not even offering a collar to manage him. it was a very small leash which almost choked him while blow drying on the counter which is half broken from the end. Cherry on the top they didn’t even notice he is choking I had to interrupt the process and had to buy a collar immediately from their store ( usually the groomers have this in-house ) I would definitely not recommend anyone who actually love their fur babies to take their grooming services otherwise those who buy them to show off can surely take their services as almost every other dog was accompanied by maid and driver ( you know what I mean ) Edited for your reply - kindly ask your staff you were not available when this was happening and ask them if he wasn’t choking. I understand this is his first experience but you guys are supposed to be professional. I didn’t comment anyone personally this platform is to review and drop experience. This was my experience and I ain’t blaming anyone. I took your services didn’t like it may be you should consider getting them professionally trained. It’s gonna help the business in long run.

recently boarded my dog at Puppy planet and I’m truly happy with the care and love they provided. The staff was extremely attentive and kept me updated with photos and messages. My dog came back happy and relaxed — which says it all! Highly recommend

Great Creche and provide good service. In other Creche, your dog mostly gets hurt or face some issues. Here the dogs are safe and generally happy, their pickup and drop service is also great. Best Creche right now in lucknow I would say.

They took good care of my Leo (Golden Retriever) for 2 days. Staff is kind and well behaved. Special thanks to Atul ji for keeping me updated with videos and pictures of leo with videos calls. He came home happy.
