I am extremely disappointed with the HUFT DLF staff regarding my recent interaction about food orders. It is evident that the staff lacks basic knowledge and proper training on how to communicate with customers. I inquired about the 15% discount, which is generally available everywhere. The staff initially told me that I would get the same discount I received previously, which was acceptable since I had already received 15% off. However, I later received a message with a bill of ₹2340, which seemed completely inconsistent. I highlighted that your website clearly shows 12% + an additional 3% discount and even shared a screenshot as proof. The staff replied that this offer is only for selected customers, which is confusing and misleading, as no prior information about such restrictions was provided. When I asked how a customer can know if they are selected, the staff stopped responding altogether. Clearly, the HUFT DLF staff did not have any clear knowledge about the discounts or how to handle customer queries, which demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism and training. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on your brand. I expect
