Fairvacanze Inns & Suites - Lucknow

Very bad place especially for family,The entire booking and payment was done with Cleartrip....Then I was not even allowed entry into the parking lot.It was a very bad experience..You should visit only by taking your and your family's privacy and security at risk.

This is a fraud place. They didn't entertain my valid booking from Cleartrip. Told me that 'something can be managed'. But I was not interested in paying extra. Had to book another hotel. All the hotels/homestays in Dlf mypad are similar. Very shady rooms.

I had a very disappointing experience with this place. The hotel refused to accept my confirmed booking made through Cleartrip, which caused a lot of inconvenience after a long trip. The location also felt suspicious and unsafe, especially for families. This doesn’t look or operate like a proper hotel at all. I would not recommend anyone, especially families, to stay here. Completely unprofessional and misleading. Avoid if possible.

Fraud alert!! They let you book from websites like Hotels.com and Booking.com. Once you reach they offer a filthy room in the building next door. Booking on these websites show breakfast included. No breakfast is available on premises. Was lucky enough to get a refund but the people working and the place is shady.
