I had my dog operated here for a lump on the side of his neck. I am happy with the care provided . Everything was smoothly done. Initially my dog was a little diffciult to manage but the staff helped. I found the right collar for him here too. Overall satisfied with thwir services. I hope they keep doing the good work with compassion and empathy which our 4 legged friends deserve.

The staff lacked basic professionalism and courtesy, and the coordination within the hospital was extremely poor. Communication was rude and dismissive, and there was a complete absence of empathy—something that is absolutely essential in a veterinary healthcare setup. The environment felt chaotic rather than reassuring, which only added to the stress. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on training their staff, improving service ethics, and building a system that prioritizes care and respect. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this hospital.

I've been bringing my cat here for regular check-ups, and unlike other places, he feels calm and safe here. The team keeps detailed records of each visit, which really shows their professionalism and dedication. Recently, I brought in a rescued cat who was critically ill. The doctors and staff went above and beyond to save him, draining fluid from his abdomen and providing regular care. Thanks to them, he’s now recovering well. MaxPetz is truly one of the best pet hospitals in Lucknow. I’m very grateful for their care and expertise.
