I had my dog operated here for a lump on the side of his neck. I am happy with the care provided . Everything was smoothly done. Initially my dog was a little diffciult to manage but the staff helped. I found the right collar for him here too. Overall satisfied with thwir services. I hope they keep doing the good work with compassion and empathy which our 4 legged friends deserve.

What stood out the most was how promptly and attentively they responded to each query. Whether it was advice on his diet, grooming, or specific health concerns, they were always there to guide me, and their response time was always quick. It’s rare to find such dedicated support in pet adoption, and I genuinely appreciate all the help I’ve gotten. It makes me feel even more confident in my decision to adopt. Extremely disappointing experience at Maxpetz Hospital. The overall service quality was far below acceptable standards. The staff lacked basic professionalism and courtesy, and the coordination within the hospital was extremely poor. Communication was rude and dismissive, and there was a complete absence of empathy—something that is absolutely essential in a veterinary healthcare setup. The environment felt chaotic rather than reassuring, which only added to the stress. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on training their staff, improving service ethics, and building a system that prioritizes care and respect. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before choosing this hospital.

MaxPetz is a very clean and well-equipped hospital with an extremely caring and supportive staff. They genuinely love animals and treat every pet with patience and compassion. I've been bringing my cat here for regular check-ups, and unlike other places, he feels calm and safe here. The team keeps detailed records of each visit, which really shows their professionalism and dedication. Recently, I brought in a rescued cat who was critically ill. The doctors and staff went above and beyond to save him, draining fluid from his abdomen and providing regular care. Thanks to them, he’s now recovering well. MaxPetz is truly one of the best pet hospitals in Lucknow. I’m very grateful for their care and expertise.

Unlike many groomers who take 4–5 hours for one dog (which honestly just exhausts the poor pups), the MaxPetz professionals are done within about an hour — quick, calm, and stress-free. They’re incredibly kind and gentle with the animals, and you can tell they genuinely care. I also really appreciate that if needed, they’ll actually ask the pet parent to come in, check on their pet, and make sure the grooming is done well and the pup is happy. That level of transparency is rare. They’re also very affordable, which is a huge plus. They really listen when you explain the haircut or style you want and deliver exactly that 100%.
