Very bad hotel. Worst experience.There are mice in the room.Food prices are extremely high . Behavior of the authority is rude . Smell of gutka ,panbahar all around . Very lazy and confused staff . Takes around an hour just to prepare 2 black tea. Nobody listens to instructions properly and ends up creating a mess. Doors don't stand and make loud noise .Lights do not work properly ,out of 8-9 lights only 2 worked. Locks are broken .Tv does not work even

It has to be one of my worst experience in terms of hotel stays. The bedsheets, blankets and pillow covers feel like they are never cleaned. Any kind of assistance you ask for at the hotel reception, they'll just straightforward decline it saying they don't have this and they can't do it. Food is of bare minimum quality just to fill your tummy just in case you don't feel like ordering from outside. If you have multiple cars then parking can be a problem. The services provided against the cost charged have to be the worst consideration the location of the hotel which is in the heart of the city. Not recommended at all.

I stayed here on 9 Feb 2026 my room no. Was 310 . When I entered the room the room was smelling bad and the bed cover and pillows are all dirty . I v changed 2 rooms before and last he has given us room no. 310 . When I woked up and went to bathroom the flush was not working. Please don't come here to waste your money there are lots of hotels in Lucknow you should have to avoid this hotel.

Very bad hotel. Dirty walls and linen. Stinking corridors. There is no parking, no good restaurant nearby. Everything is substandard here.. Guards double up as waiters and very greedy for money. The elevator is worst. All waste materials are visible in elevator hoistway (shaft). This hotel is not meant for tourists. It is mostly used by sales boys and love-birds as hourly customers.
