Golden Tulip Lucknow

I had a very pleasant stay at Golden Tulip Lucknow. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Mr Sonu kumar and pradeep.is a wonderful boy , he helped us throughout our stay and also recommended famous places to visit in Lucknow.

I stayed at Golden Tulip for 2 nights with my family. It was a super smooth and comfortable stay. The housekeeping and room service was responsive and fulfilled our requirements as quickly as possible. My hotel lobby was very quite that gave us some good privacy. Apart from a couple of dysfunctional switches and a broken washroom door lock, the room's environment was perfectly comfortable for a short stay. The hotel staff was very kind, hospitable and helpful at all times. They have good parking facilities too. Overall, it was a good experience for us. Therefore, people can plan their visit to Lucknow with them, especially if they prefer to stay in Gomati Nagar and nearby areas.

The check-in process was smooth, the amenities were excellent, and the atmosphere felt both relaxing and welcoming. I especially want to appreciate Mr Sonu Kumar and pradeep Mukul Anshul and vishnu professionalism, friendly attitude, and attention to detail truly made my stay special.

Very satisfied with the laundry experience. The staff handled my garments carefully and returned them fresh and well-folded. Great service and quick turnaround. I am currently staying at Hotel Tulip and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing due to very poor service. I requested an extra blanket from room service at night, but it was never delivered — not even after waiting until morning. Additionally, I asked for an extra chair in my room. It was only provided after my third reminder, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer quality service. Moreover, the waiting area does not even offer basic hospitality like water or tea for guests. This is especially disappointing considering the hotel charges a handsome amount for the stay. Overall, the service standards do not match the pricing or expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service. Although the rooms are good. But poor services make it the worse. Experiencing this first time in my life.
