MY STREET DOG DIED BECAUSE THEY DID NOT TAKE THE MOST USEFUL STEP IN THE BEGINNING...THEY WERE ONLY BUSY IN ASKING ME IF I CAN AFFORD THE "THE NEXT LINE OF TREATMENT"... THEY LITERALLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE. THEY WON'T HELP YOU FOR REAL. TRUST ME. SHE DIED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF VISITING THE CLINIC.

• I visited this clinic in the beginning of November. Most of my pet’s care was handled by junior staff (Dr Sabina); I rarely interacted with the senior veterinarian( Dr Rahul), which left me concerned about oversight and communication. • In my experience, the clinic was only adequate for routine needs like vaccinations and mild fevers. While Dr Rahul is a sweet talker, for more complex or urgent issues, I felt I needed a facility with more direct senior involvement and broader resources. While they don’t claim this. They will immediately admit your pet and start with glucose & injections and start billing you. They will keep on dragging the treatment till the time you pet condition has become very serious. Once its out of their hands they will refer it to a larger hospital, but that was too late for me. • The negligence and lack of clarity costed me the life of my pet. • The Dr Sabina is also very heartless and will also ask you to leave their premises if you shed a tear for your pet. • I would have appreciated clearer explanations of treatment plans, costs, and when escalation to a specialty hospital was appropriate.
