The lady at the counter is horrible, the collar didn't fit and we wanted a return but she kept insisting for store credit, she was very disrespectful.
Don’t purchase dog from here or dog food I have taken black pug from them, but after 1 week from confirmation of Pet Dog Dr he said My pet name is Shanroo is having hernia. Then I made a call to this pet shop owner she said that ok we will get treatment done from famous Dr Mr Khan & frankly speaking I don’t know who is khan also she told me the she will also come with me to meet the dr, but the she told me that you speak to the person from whom I have given the dog to you . The I goals to pet owner ok i am comg to your shop let’s meet the dr. Then she replied that my BP is very high pls come tomorrow. So on next day I have called her and reached to her shop where she asked to ther employee to go with me and meet the dr & but the Dr was Different it was Dr Nirbhay, but any way I have get his treatment dine with Dr Nirbhay we have very good Dr and the daily next five days I visited to his clinic for antibiotics injection. Now the imp thing if you know about dog then only purchase or if don’t know the pls get some one with you who know the dog. But after 1.5 week u made an all to pet owner and she is neither picking my call not reply on WhatsApp . Final Desion don’t purchase from here
I visited this shop back in December and bought a harness for my dog, which cost around ₹1100. Within a few weeks, the strap broke. When I returned to the shop, they told me to get it fixed elsewhere, preferably at a bag shop, which was not fine, given that the whole product should be replaced. Today, the hook where I tie the harness detached, causing my dog to run away. Fortunately, a stranger managed to catch my dog and prevent any further issues. Since it is nonsensical to fight over a harness, I would simply not recommend visiting this shop due to their low-quality products and their lack of credibility.
We had an amazing experience. We got two of our Persian kittens groomed and Ma'am was very cordial with the pets and carefully handled them. The owners are animal lovers and it really gets portrayed in their behavior with pets. Highly recommend this place to everyone
The owner's behaviour is atrocious, she doesn't know how to deal with the customers. She argued with us for half an hour for a very simple refund.
