Pathetic service in high cost, spent more than 3 Hours at the store at Aliganj, Lucknow but they don't have the power back up, no electricity available. They left my puppy wet for more than a hour. With such high cost of services they are providing this worst experience. I will not suggest anyone to visit this location again specially if you care about your pet ..

Overall a good experience Friendly staff, well equipped perfect place for your grooming, Pet Medical need and Daily food and toys need. One must visit the store if they love their pet. Dr. Anurag is very kind and polite and knows and love what he does. Took care of my cats and treated her well.
