Been their customer for more than 4 years.. never had a complaint. Pups are well fed and properly exercised. They give free bath to our lovely pets on the day we are supposed to pick them up. Tried other creches but my dog always picked up lice/mites there, but this Creche.. awesome is the word.

Its the best place to keep your fur babies when you are out to somewhere in trips where you cant carry them along. The owner mr. Prakhar himself is a dog lover and the staff who is the care taker mr. Surender also is very efficient in taking your furr babies care.. They take them for daily morning walk.... Feeding them as you have described in the form... I fully recommend them Marks. 10/10

The place is not worth. My dog stayed for 5 days and it doesn't seem to be a pet friendly environment. The creche is so dirty and the owner does not care about the place. It only is a way of him to earn money. The caretaker of the place knows nothing about the dogs. The space provided to any dog is so compact that they can't even walk properly in the place. I don't know what kind of food was provided as my dog has lost 3kg weight in a span of 5 days. He is not at all cheerful like I left him. A total disappointment!!

I have to agree with the other bad reviews of this place. I left my dog for a little over 2 weeks with them. I returned to find him with a small but deep wound on his back from where he had scratched himself badly bc of the tics he got from staying there. He was returned to me covered in fleas & ticks which they tried to remove but not very well. The lady answering the phone was incredibly rude. When i asked to check on my dog she said he was fine & they only call the owner when something is wrong. Having an injury on the dog's back while in your care qualifies as wrong. Oh they make u pay the entire deposit for the stay upfront so if u return to find ur dog in bad shape u can't get ur money back. They run a decent vet clinic but their dog care facility is not reliable. I'm disappointed bc i've been a customer of their clinic & dog products for 4yrs but they do not know how to care for dogs long term or how customers should be treated. I'm giving them 2 stars bc my dog was alive when i came to get him so that's something. I have left my dog at other creches before for a similar length of time & never have I returned to find him in such a bad state.

I personally like this place as we always keep our labrador Tuffy there whenever we have to visit somewhere. They take good care of him. I m satisfied with there services
