I took my kitten to this clinic in a very bad shape. Some other doctor misdiagnosed him and Dr Dheeraj after doing the USG explained us about his situation. Dheeraj sir quickly went to drain the fluid build up in my kitten's stomach and did everything he can. But my kitten was too weak, he did the CPR but he didn't survive. But all thanks to Dr Dheeraj sir that his clinic was full of patients but still he paid full attention to my kitten. All thanks to him that I came to know about me kitten's disease and what causing him so much pain and restlessness.
I have golden retriever female 6 years was suffering from pyometra.Dr.Dheeraj treated and operated her for the same. She got fine very next day after surgery. Surgery cost was fine they also provided medicines as well then there. I will recommend him and his team. Thank you so much for everything.
Dr. Dheeraj Rawat is truly outstanding. During our recent visit for vomiting issues, they demonstrated knowledge and expertise. They took the time to explain the treatment plan in detail, answered all of our questions, and we felt completely confident in their recommendations. Most importantly, they handled Dom (my 7-year-old dog) with genuine compassion and care. The entire staff, from the receptionists to the veterinary technicians, is professional and friendly. They all work together seamlessly to create a calm and welcoming environment, which is especially important when your pet is nervous.
Please read this before taking your pet to this clinic. I trusted this vet when my cat, Phoebe, wasn’t eating well and had slight breathing issues. They diagnosed him with microplasma and started daily treatment, giving IVs twice a day and several injections each time. Here’s what happened: • On 3rd November, his platelet count was 1,50,000 • On 5th November, it dropped to 1,25,000 • On 7th November, it was 86,000 • On 8th November, it was 65,000 On 7th November, they checked the platelets, it was 86,000, and then they gave him an expensive injection saying it would definitely increase the platelets. But the next day, when they checked again, it had dropped even more to 65,000. That’s when I became suspicious, because Phoebe was looking physically fine and active, yet his reports kept getting worse. So, I went to my trusted vet and told him the whole story. He did a fresh test and found Phoebe’s platelet count was actually 1,80,000. Meanwhile, when I confronted the Vet (the one treating my cat), right after seeing that 65,000 report, he said they would “recheck” it. Later in the evening, they sent me another report showing 1,80,000 platelets, the exact same number my trusted vet had found. I asked this vet how such a huge difference was even possible when it was the same blood sample. He said casually, “Sometimes it happens.” I told him, “Okay, one time a mistake can happen, that’s understandable. But what about the previous report from 7th November that showed 86,000 platelets? How could one injection raise it to 1,80,000 in a single day?” He replied confidently that the injection works like that, that within a few hours platelets can rise drastically. I even confirmed this with my trusted vet, and he clearly said this is not scientifically possible. Yes, that injection helps increase platelets, but not at such an extreme speed. It cannot go from 86,000 to 1,80,000 in a few hours. My trusted vet also told me that the previous clinic never actually treated the microplasma infection, they were only treating symptoms like low platelets and weakness. Because of their unnecessary IVs and wrong focus, Phoebe’s hemoglobin dropped, and they made his condition worse, not better. They prolonged the treatment unnecessarily, charged me heavily every day, and kept playing with my emotions. I genuinely feel they were exploiting my love for my cat to make money. If you truly love your pets and earn your money with hard work, please, please get a second opinion and verify every report before trusting this clinic with your pet’s life.
Just want to share a special moment. A couple weeks ago, me and my sister brought in a wild baby bird ( indian dove fledgling ) to this clinic as she couldn't fly. She was diagnosed with temporary lameness and anorexia by Dr. Dheeraj. He said that lameness or paralysis could also lead to death of that bird. We were given prescribed medicines to feed her for a week. We didn't lose hope and gave the bird medicines twice a day as prescribed with intense care, food, water and cleanliness. She started walking pain-free within 4 days but was still having difficulty in flight..we observed her flight progress each day...and to our surprise FINALLY! today the bird flew away confidently into the sky. Thank you to the staff and the doctor! We are so happy and satisfied with everything
