The only positive that came out of the trip was the Front desk lady Jyoti who organized my stay and was helpful in a few chores also. The rooms are just about ok. The breakfast especially the idli sambhar were from the previous leftovers. The location of the Hotel is a absolutely below par. For that amount of money spent it was surely not worth.
One of the worst Radisson Hotel. At the time of check-in, I specifically requested at least one suite room (out of the four rooms I had booked), as I am traveling with two elderly guests (aged 70 years) and five children (aged 2–14 years). I was assured by your front desk team that although the suites were sold out, one room would be upgraded to a suite the next day. However, upon following up next day, I was informed that all suites are again sold out. This is unacceptable, as a prior commitment was made. In addition to this: No welcome drinks was severed on arrival. None of the staffs were welcoming or having smiling faces. The upkeep of the hotel is extremely poor. The washrooms in the rooms have visible fungus, which is highly unhygienic. Despite repeated requests from 8:00 AM, housekeeping has not attended to our rooms, prioritizing only incoming guests. Till 3:30pm it was the same. and none of the rooms have been serviced. The breakfast spread was very limited and tasteless., half of the time things will not be available either it was been made or not available. At the swimming pool, there were no towels, no shower gel, and not even an attendant present to address guest needs. At all the OTA platform mostly you will find there 3D pictures of this property bcoz it so rundown that every aspect of this property is out dated & rundown. Upkeep & maintenance is in worse condition. During our stay even after complains none of the staff was bothered to come & meet us personally. Overall, the experience so far has been far below acceptable hospitality standards. Considering the commitments not honored, poor service quality, and unhygienic conditions.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this Radisson property. This is by far one of the worst Radisson experiences I have ever had, and the overall hotel condition is completely unacceptable. The carpets in both the lobby and the room were dirty and dusty. The additional bed provided looked as if it had been taken from the garbage—filthy, unusable, and in no condition for any guest to sleep on. The staff member who brought the bed was more interested in talking on his phone than addressing our concerns, and his attitude was unprofessional and intimidating when we questioned him about the condition of the room. Basic amenities such as a bathroom floor mat/towel were not provided. Most shocking of all, the toilet had not been cleaned and smelled strongly of urine. Instead of fixing the issue, the staff handed us an empty room-freshener spray bottle and expected us to manage it on our own. All these issues were brought to the hotel’s attention repeatedly—six times—including one direct visit to the reception (which was not part of the six reminders). Despite this, no proper action was taken. This level of service and cleanliness is unacceptable from any hotel, especially one under the Radisson brand. I expect a thorough explanation and appropriate action from management regarding this experience.
One of the most luxurious yet affordable hotels in the City of Nawabs, Lucknow. After having spent few of the most precious days of my life in this hotel, it definitely holds a special place in my heart. Right from the amenities to security to hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. However, the room that they promised to give me was not given after check-in. Complementary breakfast was included along with the room tariff and trust me, the selection of foods was absolutely lavish. Breakfast buffet is served till 10am and you get an assorted variety of various cuisines from different parts of India. On the rooftop you can enjoy facilities like Swimming pool, Ultra-modern gym, massage and spa studio and much more. All in all, Radisson Hotel 🏨 ticks all the right boxes. Highly recommended.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
The experience was fine but I had to write this review because I had to communicate or put a word across the management. We requested breakfast to be packed since we were leaving early morning for which the kitchen manager was fine and agreed to do it by 6:30 am. Upon checking out when we requested the breakfast all that we got was apple, bananas and croissant. If they had told me about this I could have arranged or bought a better breakfast since we also have a toddler with us. Now 4-5 hours in the train, we are left with bananas and apples. :(
