Do not go there , they are heartless they treat animal like a product. I Bought a German Spitz they told it is of 35 days later i came to know it was of only 29 days, It was very weak and had fitz problem from day one being a first time owner i couldn't recognise the fitz problem but when i consulted the doctor they told me about it, when i asked the shop about the issue they started arguing now we are filling a FIR complaint against them . I bought the dog on 12 Feb it died on 21 feb . It was diagnosed with CD (Canine Distemper) a very fatal disease that is by birth. I hope our Indian Law will do justice to me and my dog (Pogo).

They are highly fraud type of pet sellers. They are here in the market just for the sake of money. I bought a labrador from them. And within 15 days she became sick. I was continously trying to approach them but I was unable to contact them. So I approached the doctor, they told me that she was suffering from Fitz. The shop owner never told me about this. I tried to contact them by my other number so he picked up and after telling him my issue, they started arguing with me. So I request everyone to plz don't go to them. They are just a heartless businessman.

Owners are humble they are ready to serve you at any time if in the case of emergency. But the best time to visit I would recommend morning 8-9 or evening 7-9 as there is Law firm (kacheri) so there is lot of rush during noon time. You will get all dogs and cat food with wide variety and their accessories also. You can buy pets also.

Never buy products from here! Had a terrible experience with this place. They sold us dog food infested with worms and when we called them and asked for an exchange, they kept delaying it for days. When we finally tried talking to the owner about the issue, he talked very RUDELY to us. They clearly do not know how to treat their customers. The whole experience was highly unprofessional on their part.

It's a very unhygienic place for the pets .when I Reach on that place we saw that lots of poo in cats caze and food also their and they were very smell . I purchased a golden retriever puppy from Chitra pets that puppy was so much infected from skin infection that I have seen at my home . All statements were given by him false. This was the second day condition when I visited to the doctor .
