We recently visited Lucknow on a corporate trip and stayed at Surya International. The overall facilities and arrangements were excellent, truly up to corporate standards. A special mention for the hotel staff – Mr. Virendra (Front Office Manager) and Mr. Dheeraj Kumar – for their professionalism, warm hospitality, and constant support throughout our stay. They made the experience smooth and comfortable. Highly recommended for business as well as personal stays in Lucknow.

All staff behaviour is so good, rooms are very neat & clean. Overall everything is fantastic.

Excellent place to stay very near by all government offices. Warm welcome by Tabassum front office executive. Good food nd quality.

Location is fine. People are helpful but the rooms are outright bad. Went with family and I would suggest not to. The rooms are small and clumsy. Bathrooms were smelly and also there was smell of restaurant coming in the rooms. Not suggested for family. Anyone trying out for a night out may be ok.

Barring a hitch initially, concerning the allotment of rooms the stay was very enjoyable. We opted for the meal plan (BF + dinner). Both were pretty decent. My infant son loved their khichdi. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were so too. Barring an unnecessarily rude manager, the other staff were scrupulously polite. The property is 200m from the sachivalaya metro
