We (couple) stayed for three nights. Pros: 1. Location (heart of the city. Hajarat Ganj market street is just few minutes walk). 2. Decent rooms (lot of scope for improvement for e.g dusty, untidy floor matting) 3. Staff were polite and helpful ( unlike what many others have experienced) 4. Decent breakfast (I didn’t expect anything more at this price point) Cons: 1. Bathroom fittings need to be fine tuned. 2. We did not get hot water at night (though we did not approach any staff) Overall, Regenta central needs some attention from the management.

We stay here for one night , rooms are very spacious and having all modern amenities. staff is very polite and attentive. this Hotel location is very nearby. Hazratganj, the Central location of Lucknow. The breakfast was very delicious and having variety in the morning. Everything was perfect, except they don’t have swimming pool and bar in their premises..

Above average. That's the review. The good part was the support staff, the bell boys, the front desk folks. The not-so good was the breakfast spread - it was mid at best. The hotel is greedy! What is truly disappointing is the hotel's need to ask for payments every time you'd order in, be it meals or just tea. Every time you would order the staff turns up with a bill. This is despite the fact that I clearly requested during check in that all bills will be cleared by me, not my family, at check out. It's like the hotel feels that guests would leave without clearing their dues. Overall, it was an average experience.

The rooms were luxurious, clean, and very comfortable. The overall service was excellent, and the entire staff was warm and welcoming. Ronak Singh and Shilpa were amazing during breakfast and their service was an absolute delight. The breakfast was delicious, and both of them were extremely polite and attentive, checking on us throughout to make sure we had everything we needed. Truly a wonderful experience!

Hotel is very clean a beautifully maintained rooms with painting of Lucknow art and architecture. A well maintained corridors and chandeliers. It is very pleasant stay for me. Staff respond you very gently and polite. They respond for any query very quickly. We had requested for heater in room with 10-15 min they gavs us. Best selection of my hotel stay in lucknow l.
