There was a wedding last night, and music was playing continuously until 1:00 AM. I have a fever and couldn't sleep at all. Despite informing the staff, again nd again This is noise pollution, and loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM anyway, as it causes severe inconvenience to other guests. Please take care of this." The welcome is very nice, and the hotel staff is very good, neat, and clean. The food is also excellent".

What really stood out was his thoughtful help in recommending and picking sweets from a famous local shop — it was such a lovely personal touch and truly enhanced my visit. Deependra is polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, and his willingness to help made a big difference.
We had a very warm welcome with Ms. Pooja at the reception. The room service and house keeping service was very prompt and amicable.The food was awesome with the Zolocrust pizza. The buffet spread was nice but could have been more varied. While checking out,Mr. Ahmad was very helpful. In total had a very amicable and comfortable stay. Thanks Clarks Awadh Team.

The hotel ambience, cleanliness, and overall service standards are truly commendable. I would like to specially mention Ms. Pooja at the Front Desk for her exceptional hospitality. She was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to assisting with every small requirement, her prompt support and pleasant attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. Overall, Clarks Awadh offers an excellent hospitality experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucknow.
I had a wonderful stay experience at Clark’s Awadh this January. It was my first time in Lucknow so I was a bit concerned about the property being old and was unsure at first. But their service and hospitality really changed my mind. The staff here are very polite and friendly. The property is well-maintained. The rooms and amenities are clean and spacious. Its location is the best part. We enjoyed the breakfast spread too.
