We had a very warm welcome with Ms. Pooja at the reception. The room service and house keeping service was very prompt and amicable.The food was awesome with the Zolocrust pizza. The hotel ambience, cleanliness, and overall service standards are truly commendable. I would like to specially mention Ms. Pooja at the Front Desk for her exceptional hospitality. She was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to assisting with every small requirement, her prompt support and pleasant attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay experience at Clark’s Awadh this January. It was my first time in Lucknow so I was a bit concerned about the property being old and was unsure at first. But their service and hospitality really changed my mind. The staff here are very polite and friendly. The property is well-maintained. The rooms and amenities are clean and spacious. Its location is the best part. We enjoyed the breakfast spread too.
