Horrible service. Kept me waiting for 1.5 hrs saying that the selected items are getting delivered, being sent through porter, nobody came. I kept waiting and made numerous calls and messages in WhatsApp, requesting to ask the porter guy’s live location to be shared or to get me on con call with the delivery guy. Sandeep and Anand are an absolute let down to the brand of HUFT. 11:52am order placement on call, at 2:05pm. They did not have staff at the store to handle customers and deliveries. Didn’t expect this from HUFT. Have been a customer for over 6 7 years. WORST SERVICE XPERIENCE AT HUFT PALASSIO LUCKNOW .
