Never ever leave your pet in there hands they are just making money. I have been there 2 to 3 times but I never leave my pet alone for grooming but on 20th September I had some urgent work because of that I had to leave my pets there and after returning I found one of my dog with blood red eyes the staff said that it might be because of dryer coz they used it from a distance. After taking my pet home i found out it wasn't because of dryer but my dog's eyes were bleeding. And now the owner is not replying or taking calls.

Had a great experience at Puppy Planet! The staff was super friendly and handled our dog ‘Ammu’ with so much care and patience. They listened to exactly what we wanted and did an amazing grooming job. Ammu looked great and was happy and relaxed when we picked her up, which means everything to us.
