They took the time to listen to all my concerns and gave thorough explanations about my pet’s health. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. My pet felt comfortable, and the vet was knowledgeable and gentle. I truly appreciate their care and attention. Highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for veterinary services!

A Life-Saving Angel for My Cat! I cannot thank Dr. Avnish kumar enough for saving my cat’s life. After visiting countless vets, spending money like water, and still watching my cat’s condition deteriorate, I had almost lost hope. But everything changed when I found this amazing doctor. He not only brought my cat back from the very edge of death, but did so with a level of care, patience, and calmness that I’ve never experienced before. He was always available—day or night—and never made me feel like I was asking too much. His deep understanding of animals and clear communication truly set him apart from anyone else we've ever consulted. Where others failed, he succeeded. I have mixed feelings about PARADISE PET CARE( PET CLINIC & SHOP ) . The shop is well-stocked, and the staff members are generally fine and helpful. However, my experience with the vet was not good at all—the doctor’s attitude was very unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable. The shop owner also doesn’t talk nicely at times, and it often depends on their mood. I hope they work on their communication and customer service, as this could be a great place if they improved their attitude toward customers and pets.

They made both me and my pet feel at ease right away. The veterinarian was thorough and kind, taking the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed, and they made sure my pet was as comfortable as possible throughout the visit. The clinic itself is clean, well-maintained, and efficiently run. I really appreciated the follow-up care and the personal touch they brought to the entire process.
