I have a shih tzu that we board at scooby agency. Came to know about this through a friend. People are very friendly and take good care of the pets. I have personally seen how happy the pets are when I was getting my pet used to boarding. . Highly recommend this.

My pet had a horrible experience here in Scooby agency "branch 2" which is her uncle's house located in Rajajinagar. It was my pets first time that we dropped him for boarding as we had to travel for 2 days due to emergency. First of all, Keerthana who runs the agency is not present in this 2nd branch, so her uncle and aunt will take care who as per my conversation with them, were UNABLE TO HANDLE the situation. They kept saying my pet is aggressive and not letting them touch. I mean what kind of professionalism is this where they cannot handle the situation. My pet Leo who is a Golden retriever 2 year old, is never aggressive, he is a very sweet boy who is calm with people and other pets. But just because they could not call him after we left- 1. They tied him all the time stating HE IS AGGRESSIVE. 2. He was tied to passage which means they were incapable of taking him inside house as well. 3. Only 1 Photo and 2 videos were shared after asking several times in whole 2 days. 4. I never saw water bowl placed even in photos, videos and when I physically went to pick him up. 5. The worst part is he was never tied since we brought him home but here all 2 days and nights he was in one corner. 6. Most important, Keerthana is never present in this branch so pls do not rely on her services for this 2nd branch. When asked if she is a Dog trainer she said yes, but she was not able to calm my pet at all. Summary - Lack of expertise and skills to handle anxious dogs. As soon as my pet came out of their house, he peed like anything and drank whole bowl of water. They have charged 2400 for 3 nights for doing nothing but keeping my pet chained in a corner. Never recommended this boarding as my pet was so scared nervous in their place and was happy once he stepped out of their house, he was completely normal with other people in the street where they said they he was aggressive.

Keerthana is a reliable and professional pet sitter. Alpha is very comfortable with her, and she ensures he is well cared for by keeping him engaged with cuddles and his toys. I have complete peace of mind knowing my pet is in safe and trustworthy hands whenever I am away.

Keerthana & team have been amazing with Zoey and Troy. Thank you so much for taking care of them through all the late nights and early mornings 😁. We had hired Scooby Agency for pet sitting during our wedding event and the day before where we had events at our house. The team was very accommodating and extremely understanding and patient of our requirements. They moved things around and ensured we had our special day, stress-free. Our puppy loves Keerthana and feels safe and comfortable with her ❤️ Keerthana helps us 2-3 times a week when we’re in the office, and has also taken care of Kimchi when we’re travelling. It really helps to have someone we trust, who is caring and gentle look after our dog when we’re busy or travelling. As an added bonus, Keerthana takes some of the funniest photos of our dog and sends so many updates that make us smile :)
