I called them & asked for grooming services for my dog (bathing & cutting) Firstly, when I went no staff was available for any services and the owner didn’t informed me earlier. Again next day when I called &visited the store they stared trimming without asking me what trim number they are going to use they started trimming at 0 when I asked them without consulting me how could you do this the owner told me (humare yaha yahi number pe chalta hai trimmer) even the staff don’t know anything about dogs how to trim or tackle with dogs! They are not expert in grooming services, some are just money makers would not recommend any of friends & family!

I have Purchased Smartheart Powerpack Puppy 20 Kg X2 and got the best price compared to every shop. The owner provided me with tons of samples of dog food to try and most importantly the behaviour of the owner towards his customers is very polite and respectful. This one of my favourite pet shops.

A perfect shop for all your pet needs with great service. I adopted a retriever puppy from them and the pup quality they provided is very good. The best part is they don’t focus on sales only, they also take care of after sale service and I found it very impressive in compare to other fancy pet shops in Lucknow.

The prices are very high compared to other shops. I bought collar , deworming and calcium bones small packet all were overpriced. Online prices and vet chemists are better. No discount. No gst bill.
