The Heritage Hotel, Lucknow

It was a terrible experience. The hotel ruined my entire birthday party. We had confirmed everything with the hotel staff at the time of booking, but once the party started, the hotel staff went back on their word and ruined the entire party. We had a party of 10 people, and I had to end it immediately. My reputation was completely ruined. I would advise all of you not to have any kind of party here.

Very nice place to stay. Food is also good. Staff is very polite. Just loved the place.

It is easy to reach the hotel from Lucknow Junction railway station and nearby Charbagh metro station with connection to the airport. The rooms are located around a wooden style courtyard. As the hotel is a some meters away from the street we did not hear any noise from the street. Our room was spacious and well maintained.

The Heritage Hotel at AP Sen Road, Charbagh is truly one of the best hotels in Lucknow, especially for hosting family functions and weddings. Its location is a big advantage, as it is very close to Charbagh Railway Station, making it extremely convenient for guests traveling from outside the city. I had my marriage at this hotel, and I must say that the entire experience was outstanding. The property has around 38 well-maintained rooms along with a spacious banquet hall and a beautiful lawn, which makes it a perfect venue for weddings and other celebrations. The arrangements were excellent and very well managed from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-organized, ensuring a pleasant stay for all our guests. The hall and lawn were decorated beautifully, and the overall ambiance added a special charm to our wedding functions. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The staff deserves special appreciation. They were extremely polite, cooperative, and always available to help with a smile. From small requests to major arrangements, the team ensured that everything was taken care of without any hassle. Their hospitality truly made us feel relaxed and confident throughout the event. I would especially like to thank Santosh ji, the Chief Manager, for his exceptional support and guidance. From booking to execution, he personally ensured that all arrangements were done perfectly. His professionalism, patience, and helpful nature made a huge difference and contributed greatly to the success of our wedding. Overall, The Heritage Hotel is an excellent choice for weddings, family functions, and comfortable stays in Lucknow. Great location, courteous staff, well-maintained rooms, and excellent event management make this place highly recommended. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would definitely suggest this hotel to anyone planning an event or stay in Lucknow. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was a great stay at “The Heritage Hotel”. We travelled with our families and took five rooms. Rooms are clean and beautiful. We loved the overall set up. Santosh Basat (owner) is very friendly and we had multiple Bengali discussion 😀
