The trained staff has treated my 3 yr shih tzu in such a manner that he cooperate first time during complete grooming. I m happy that no cut/wound has left in the process. Centre is hygienic and well maintained. I'm satisfied and recommended this to pet owners.

worsttt customer service unprofessional staff. i took my shitzu to their rajajipuram store. first their charges are not reasonable though after request they provided me a discount but thier staff was soo unprofessional they dont have even good quality trimmers their trimmer was not working because of that they took 3.5 hours for the trimming part only. they used scissors because of that my dog coat is looking very weird no shape nothing. after asking them to fix it they used the small size trimmer which they use to shave pes of dogs, this was my second visit and both the times their wasn’t working they dont have good quality equipment and the groomer said “ab manage to karna padega mam” I AM NOT PAYING TO MANAGING i couldve done this at home as i got a better trimer than their so called professional staff.. then he said “APKE DOG KE BAAL MEIN FAS RAHA HAIN TRIMMER” my baby has soo soft hairs i feed him very high quality food because of that his coat is sooo soft. their staff was highly unprofessional. this was the last visit to “SCOOPY SCRUBS” waste of money, pathetic service. their service doesn’t even worth 500 rs they charged 1600 after discount. god knows who is paying 2200 for their unprofessional service. better to spend more than paying on such paisa lootu salons.

I just had the most wonderful experience bringing my Lhasa Apso, Candy, to Scooby Scrub for her grooming, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly calm and soothing, which made a huge difference for Candy. My dog can sometimes be quite aggressive and anxious during grooming, but the staff at Scooby Scrub handled her with exceptional patience, professionalism, and skill. They truly have a gentle touch and managed her entire session beautifully, making sure she felt safe and secure. Not only did they do a fantastic job with the groom—Candy looks and smells amazing!—but the groomer also took the time to suggest some great ideas and tips for her ongoing coat maintenance. Their expertise is evident, and I feel much more confident managing her grooming needs at home now. If you have a pet that needs extra care, especially one with a nervous or aggressive temperament, look no further than Scooby Scrub. They are truly the best! A complete 10/10 experience!!
