DOCTORS PETS CRECHE

I have been taking my pet here for years now and couldn't be happier with the care they provide at doctor's pets creche. The owners and staff are very friendly and put in all the efforts to provide for a very comfortable stay here.

I deeply regret leaving my senior dog at this creche for 7 days. Upon returning, I noticed that her face was swollen, injury marks on shoulders and terrible weight loss possibly due to mistreatment. The creche owner had no clue on what happened to her. He further abruptly told me he is leaving to a party and hence cannot talk much now but will prescribe some paracetamol. She has been unable to eat and only managed to drink some water after 3 days of obvious pain. I have spent sleepless nights by her side, filled with tears, thinking about the possible beatings she might have endured at the hands of the creche owners and blaming myself for leaving her there. The creche owner initially insisted on settling the payment and signing a form before allowing me to see my dog. No amount of verbal abuse, curses or shouting which I did at the creche will ever help me forget the mistake I made in leaving her there. I am extremely disappointed in myself, but I want to warn other pet owners to be cautious if they do not want to see their beloved pets suffer and experience the emotional trauma that I have gone through. I just pray that people like these burn in hell for eternity or the worst happen to them while they are alive.

I was using this creche for my Labrador till recent but with time I find that the facilities are going worse since Mr Vivek has taken over. We left our dog at this creche for 7 days and our experience with the service as well as the owner was very unpleasant. Our dog came back with ticks and black dirt spots. He wasn't given a single bath in the span of a whole week. He was parched when we met him and was panting heavily. Also, the owner didn't make us aware of the price increase in advance. We had left our dog here before in November 2022 and were charged 600 rs per day but this time when we went to pick our dog, we were handed a form which quoted the amount 700rs per day. When confronted, he resorted to yelling and made petty excuses. He absolutely wasn't ready to hear anything that didn't match his point. He wasn't ready to accept his mistake. This experience was extremely horrible considering the unpleasant owner as well as the prison environment that was provided to our dog. Absolutely would not recommended unless you want your dog to live in horrible conditions or have a yelling match with the owner.

Do not ever leave your dog here. They have damaged my dog emotionally and she is severely injured. Her face was swollen when we got her home and it is still swollen. And the staff didn’t even bother to explain what happened to her. She is not reacting neither eating food and drinking water. Please spare your pets life by not going here at all. For reference you can see my dogs right cheek is completely swollen.
