Worst service ever. Their service do not even deserve one star. Please don't waste your time and money on them. Doctor is not polite at all. Not professional at all. The staff will keep telling that doctor will visit and that never happens they end up sending the staff who are not well equipped to deal with the pet issues. When you ask to visit the clinic their constant reply is doctor is on visit and he will visit to your place but that does not happen. I would never recommend this place to any pet owner.

really awful. im so heartbroken. there was an injured bird that just fell on my balcony out of nowhere. it was moving and breathing but not reacting. called the doctor, they sent someone, took a lot of money, gave half a dozen medicines then the poor bird died after an hour or two. i asked the guy that came if the bird will be okay and he assured me of its health. they probably just wanted to earn money or were totally inexperienced or incapable. do not take your precious pets there.

Wrong claim 24x7, worst place to visit i wasted my whole night to get to this place and no one was present no response to calls, may his family get ill serious ill and he faces the same problem 💟

I had a great experience at Dr. VikramPet Clinic mediplus clinic arjunganj. My dog is very aggressive, and I was worried about his treatment. But Dr. Vikram sir handled him very calmly and professionally. Unlike some other vets who make rude comments or judge the dog, Dr. Vikram treated my dog with care and respect, no matter his breed. I really appreciate his kindness and patience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a good and understanding vet.

Best Doctor in the Town. Very friendly with pets and knows how to treat them. My lab who has a weight of around 75 kgs and due to weight her left leg almost become useless due to cartridge problem and not able to walk.I have shown her to Doctor vikram and he has suggested a course of treatment along with diet chart. And within 6 months she lost around 30 kgs and now she is fit and fine. She is 11 years old . Still on diet plan with no medicine and eats lauki, papaya or oats only. I am very thankful to Doctor Vikram.
