I wish I could give this place zero stars. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room I was given was infested with bedbugs, and I woke up covered in bites. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. When I informed the front desk, they showed no urgency or concern. There was no apology, no offer to change the room, and certainly no compensation. Hygiene and cleanliness are the bare minimum any hotel should maintain — this hotel clearly doesn’t care about either. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not just uncomfortable — it’s unsafe and unsanitary. I strongly advise anyone reading this to stay elsewhere.

Except location everything is pathetic- I cat even stay here for free.. lizard and cockroaches all around inside the room .. basic amenities such as Fan wasnt working , TV wasn’t there in the room ..desk phone dead and so on .. never recommend to anyone even if it’s free stay.. despite sharing my feedback’s staff were clueless and no effort to resolve or do anything!

Very dirty room. Bugs and cockroaches roaming in the room. No towels or soap provided. No water bottle and kettle. Only location is good. Waste of money overall. Very good hotels available at this rate in lucknow.

Every single thing was dirty. Cockroach and wrappers and many dirty stuff was there in drawers. In 26 years i never been in such a ridiculous place. Please dont go ull regret forever for such dirty place. When j was checking out they asked me to review like they never checked their own rooms. Even the washroom, the shower was like a bullet you cant even go to washroom to get fresh. Worst hotel i can imagine

Room was good enough space for 2 person and lots pf bugs on the floor and bed. That bugs bite you whole night when you sleep . Then they give you stale food with bad smell . So if you love bugs and stale food please visit this property .
