I just had a good experience in approaching canine heaven for my dog, the boarding facilities was exactly like a second home for the pet and they give adequate caring and trainings to the dogs

Contacted them for training my dog and i am really impressed with the results. And also the cooperation of the staff and trainer in canine heaven. Keep going guys All the best

They asked 20k for training where I was ready to pay. When the trainer reached home I paid him 10k where he asked just 5k bcz of google review. Then he stop coming by telling various reason. When He started to come he ll come once in a week and he ll disappear. Like this 1 month classes extended upto 2 to 3 months. Finally one day he said dog a picking up the command so class finished pay me rest. My dog who was doing commands that I taught was also not doing after his training. If you love ur pet bcz don’t send to this kennel for training. Your time and money also waste. When we will enquire their attitude changes. Now they are eating my money where he didn’t do any justice to the work he did. The person whom I contacted is RJ Abhinav and trainer name s mukil I have gone through your reply. May I knw what kind of training sessions u have given initially. Who s canine team here. No one connected with me to understand the progress and we were not aware to whom we need to raise complaint against the trainer as well as I didn’t get any calls from your team to understand the progress. By reading your reply I got to know u got a team n all wow! Amazing. Now tell me where were this team when the trainer was not coming regularly. Until and unless I will call he was not coming. The trainer always have one one excuses not to come to classes. Trainer itself have no punctuality. For me money is not an issue. Because I am a person who given half the amount when they just asked 5k. My dog is scared whenever seeing the trainer. Training will be perfect when trainer will have good communication with the dog. Trainer itself useless. They committed they will train for 1 month where each week 4 or 3 classes. But complete training as per them is finished after 3 months. And when we asked him abt behavioural corrections the trainer said dog is not behaving like this to me so how I will train. So my question is then why the hell I kept u as the dog trainer. I challenge u to come with the trainer and show me how my pet is with the trainer. You r using choke chain during training n of-course dog will b scared and do something that you taught. And I witnessed how my dog used to run inside my home after he releases him. And the reason we ask 5k is dog s not doing any commands that he taught. So we asked 5k back not bcz our existence is with that 5k. The review I put here is for other dog lovers because once we enquired about the trainer we got to know he is not a proper trainer . The mistake I did is I didn’t enquire much just using google review I contacted them . At least my review will be helpful for other dog lovers who are planning to train their dogs. Only my request is enquire in all aspects then only go for final decision to opt here. And about money we gave- we left that 10k there itself bcz no point of talking to ppl who don’t have justice towards their work. It is prudent to talk to people of same calibre hence u guys are not one among so I am leaving that money.

My dog Bella ( golden retriever) was sent for 30 days training here. I was really worried about her food, hygiene etc. because she never stood away from us. But i guarantee their training and service. She has become more disciplined and have learnt her commands really well. I suggest this kennel for training and boarding in Calicut. My dog JO (Rottweiler) was trained by the canine heaven team I am very much satisfied with the result. Jo performs all the command perfectly and also their pet boarding service is highly recommended. We can send our dogs without any second thought .
