I’m writing this with deep sorrow and tears in my eyes. Today, I lost my 3-month-old kitten because of a devastating misjudgment at this hospital. My kitten had been unwell for a few weeks after being bitten by something unknown, which led to one of his legs becoming paralyzed. We were taking him here for treatment. A few days into the treatment, his stomach became bloated, and though the doctors gave him some medication, his condition didn’t improve. This morning, we rushed him to the hospital again because he was extremely weak and not eating. Without doing any proper testing or waiting for detailed evaluation, the vets told us with 100% certainty that he had rabies and insisted he needed to be euthanised immediately — warning us that if we didn’t, others could be infected. After a lot of emotional distress, crying, and confusion, my mother and I agreed to let them put him down, fearing the worst. But the most heartbreaking part? The rabies test after euthanasia came back negative. We lost our baby — a life that might have been saved with a more careful, thorough approach. I trusted this hospital with his life, and that trust was broken in the worst possible way. If you love your pets, I strongly urge you to think twice before bringing them here. This experience has left me shattered, and I would never want another pet parent to go through the same. Not recommend at all!
I visited this hospital when my dog suffered a cut on his leg. The staff at the hospital showed genuine care and professionalism. The doctors were not only skilled but also took the time to explain the treatment plan and reassure me. The facility was well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere was comforting. They administered anaesthesia and stitched up the cut.. He's almost completely recovered now and is running and jumping around like before.
I am writing this with lit of pain ,our pet cat meeka died 7 days back. She was taken there with mastitis and got infected with feline leu openia virus from there she was given medicine for mycoplasma stray in blood and was differently treated by 2 doctors she died of liver failure due to drug over dose .the virus killed her 3 kittens .such a contaminated hospital doctors walking with gloves in one hand using same gloves for all using same thermometer for all.. our cat was given doxycycline and 2 other medicines for same bacteria when it was discussed by doctors they were laughing eachother. Our cat had the most painful death on earth.this was given to her by us by taking her there. She was pricked until her blood was over she triedfine needle aspiration when her pus became bioma.. she was always forgiving and we gave her unlucky fate
I had a pleasant experience at the District Veterinary Hospital when I visited with my dog for a pregnancy scan. The doctors were kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. However, since the hospital’s ultrasound machine was not fully functional, they had to bring in a portable scanner from their ambulance. I was charged ₹250 for the procedure, even though scanning is officially offered free of cost. Apart from this minor concern, the overall service and care provided were satisfactory.
First off my tip for a safe vaccination, take your pet in only after all the syringes and documents have been purchased, take clean clothing to lay on their tables, try not to get your pet in contact with any surfaces and hopefully your pet is fine cuz the hospital is a breeding ground for diseases... For other procedures...only take your animals there if they are vaccinated and have immune boosters, If not take your animals there at your own decretion esp if they r unvaccinated, it's a breeding ground for every virus possible and since the hygiene is so poor..., among the people I spoke with so many cases of pets who caught reinfections, infections after their surgeries, your unvaccinated pet could easily catch a fever and get worse, saw the doc tend to every animal with the exact same pair of gloves, they could handle an animal with rabies and easily infect your pet with it, so please vaccinate your animals, especially for rabies and parvo..atleast..
