I ordered 10 fishes for 500rs I got 6 alive and 4 dead i talk then they have sent parcel again but All the fishes were dead but I got 300rs refund from nikshan guppy good place to buy fishes
I placed my first order of 40 guppies from Nikshan Guppies during peak summer, but due to unavoidable logistics delays and the extreme heat, all the fish unfortunately arrived dead. While that was disappointing, the way the seller handled it was truly commendable. Instead of brushing it off, he patiently asked me to wait for more suitable weather conditions. I waited about two months, and as promised, he resent the full order — at no extra charge. This time, every single guppy arrived healthy and active. The quality of the fish was exceptional — vibrant colors, strong fins, and excellent health. Easily the best quality guppies I’ve ever received, and I’ve ordered from several places over the years. Nikshan Guppies is probably the best guppy store in India. Important reminder to other buyers: guppies are living creatures, not regular consumer goods like you’d order from Amazon. Shipping live fish comes with unique risks, especially in extreme weather. Patience and understanding are essential. Nikshan clearly puts the health of the fish first, and that really sets them apart. Highly recommended for serious hobbyists and beginners alike. 5 stars without a doubt.
Though the reviews are bad I thought of giving a try and a chance, these guys donno may be the owner Vincy, said their sites are hacked and , because of hacking issue they are unable to process orders correctly on time then she shared her number said to call for updates and no answer to that at all. She also said my fish crown tail guppy was shipped already (which is very rare fish), I didn't believe at that time, but to my surprise I received that beautiful fish❤️ serious these guys are facing difficult times. I hope everything settled at their end and wishing successful business.
