A really good place for your pet to stay while you are travelling or not home. They are very friendly and took care of my pupper like their own. My doggo Arlo was very happy to go back there again for a week's stay. They kept me updated about his well being throughout his stay there.💯
We have had great experience with Akshay and Nihal in regards to taking care of my pet esp in times when we had to go out of town and also during his regular grooming sessions. 100% would recommend them to all of our friends and relatives. They are very professional and charge very reasonably. We are extremely satisfied with their work.
One of the worst. Not legit. No enough knowledge about running a kennel. Money oriented. Think twice before contacting this so called kennel. Most of the reviews and ratings seems paid ones. In my personal experience, the owner/staffs are very arrogant and not at all bothered about customers concerns(refer to the other customers low rated reviews and it's reply by the owner by just mocking them and giving rude answers). Seems like they haven't heard the basic thing that the "customer is the king". Only thing they wanna know is how much money is involved without even enquiring about which breed the customer want. There are plenty of kennels around the locality and city. Do check that ones before stooping down to this unprofessional so called "kennel". Actually google has to introduce negative or zero star rating option inorder to rate these type of potential scams.
Good service i had kept my pet for here for last 8 years till no issues , good care , will definitely suggest this place . Really best place and best people
I am writing this to express my deep disappointment with this pet shop. Shortly after bringing my dog home, she was diagnosed with tick fever, a serious condition that reflects inadequate hygiene practices and insufficient health monitoring . I won't recommend this to anyone who have been looking for a safe and hygienic place for pets. Edit: I've got a very bad reply from their part.i want to say one thing if you can't take good care and protection to our pets you better stop this kennel.because these pets are precious for us .blaming others for your mistake is the least professionalism I've ever seen.
