Roms N Raks Pet Hypermarket and Grooming Studio

This place provides a complete package for our furry friends. I have visited their outlet at Thrissur and palarivattom and i always wanted one at Calicut as well. So i was way too excited to visit their outlet situated near malabar Christian College, SG electronica building, waynad road. The location is easily accessible and they provide almost everything needed for our pets. They provide grooming which comes in certain packages. Our pets are free and allowed to move as they will inside the shop. The price range is a bit high for the products and services But the care and service provided by the staffs are excellent. I talked with the manager Mr Sagar,and other staffs too, everyone maintains a friendly attitude and empathy with their customer. Any doubts regarding our pets and the diets to be taken are very clearly acknowledged and as a manager Sagar had a complete product knowledge and that was very much helpful. All staffs have a perfect product and service knowledge which are provided at the outlet. Service 5/5 Products 4.5/5 Parking 3.5/5 Pet friendly 5/5 Staffs 5/5 Hopefully waiting for the boarding service too. Just go along with your pets and pamper them with some good bath, toys and much more❤️🐱

I recently took my miniature poodle here for grooming, and I must say the service was excellent! 🐾 The staff were friendly, professional, and caring, making the whole experience stress-free. The store also has a fantastic range of pet food, accessories, and toys. Plus, the place is super clean and hygienic. Highly recommend for both grooming and shopping for your furry friends 🐾

Unexpectedly i need to groom my puppy while traveling to calicut. I went to Roms n Raks calicut and the staff were very friendly and they shared me how to take care the puppy and there were a lot of toys and vast selection of accessories.
