I am very happy with the service. The place is kept very clean and is maintained well. They take good care of all the dogs and the care taker gives personal attention to all of them. I will highly recommend this pet boarding Service to all.

Got into family problem and had to relocate myself and my two dogs to a state in central india, lucky pet boarding gave me security and so much relaxation by making sure that my dogs are safe ( senior dogs) the boys take great care of my dogs, played wd them made sure they are not missing me by the time I prepared for our tickets and everything thr food is really good and in good quantity. It's value for money when someone takes care of your fur babies so nicely I will highly recommend this place to everyone who want to go out of station and wondering where to board their fur babies

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Lucky Pet Boarding. Lucky, the owner, is such an amazing person — warm, responsible, and truly passionate about animals. I was so touched to receive 3 updates in a day while my dog Sandy was staying there — one during breakfast, one at playtime, and another at dinner. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. The place is spotless, well-maintained, and run by a team of genuinely caring people who treat pets like family. Best pet boarding in Horamavu I would say...the besr pet boarding wr have found.this is really a relief as the caretakers and the owner(Lucky) all are very supportive and they take of our dogs(1 golden retriever and 1 Indie) really well.the best part is they use to send many videos during the day which makes us parents to live at ease.the location is good and they do not mix your dogs with other pets ...while playing, earing or any other activities.they take individual time to play with your dog and it makes the whole difference.the whole team and Lucky all are very active and they respond to your requests immediately.i had left my 2 dogs for 18 days and never for a single day i faced any issue.Rest assured your pet will be happy there. This is our go to boarding place to drop our pets during any emergency and they really take good care of your dogs. Would reccomend this boarding to all pet parents. I had a very disappointing and distressing experience with Lucky Boarding Center. I dropped my pet on the night of the 13th, trusting them because the boarding was nearby and I had been a regular customer at Lucky Pet shop . On the 15th, while I was at the railway station, I received no updates, photos, or videos. Only after ,I messaged ,they inform me that my pet had been vomiting and had not eaten. A video was sent later, saying it was accidentally shared with someone else earlier. Despite my mother asking if we could travel peacefully, we were assured there was no serious issue. As a pet parent, I couldn’t ignore my instincts and cancelled my journey. When I reached the boarding, my pet was extremely weak, vomiting, and unable to stand. My pet is fully vaccinated, dewormed, and on tick prevention. We rushed him to Vetic Clinic in Kalyan Nagar, where he was diagnosed with severe dehydration, diarrhoea, and Parvo virus. When informed, the boarding center refused to take responsibility. It has been 3 days and my pet is still very weak and is undergoing treatment. This experience was emotionally traumatic and completely unacceptable. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of care, communication, and responsibility. I would not recommend this boarding to any pet parent.
