Don't take your cats to this place. They don't have proper rooms for vaccination for cats. So many cats have ran away from the hospital I'm telling from my experience. The workers also have very bad attitude

Very good facility but doctor all time leave.old times 24hrs now only 7 to 6 hrs 😄

Ultrasound scanner not working, Blood Analyser not functioning -no reagents, No X-ray, No essential vaccines, No essential medicines, No major surgery-as no specialists posting, No facility for nuturing etc.-has to pay, No night treatment in taluk headquarter clinic, No vehicle, No project to develop local breed-malabary goat, No project to save vatakaracow from extinction, No vehicle , No whatsapp group of clinic to provide covid time emergency treatment including night and no online treatment, Old building in dilapidated condition-threat to the life of public. Because of the absence all the above facts the quality of treatment is very poor. But Vatakara veterinary poly clinic has convenient building , Convenient location , Convenient parking facility, Water sufficient well.

Took my cat to this hospital and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.i had questions about my pets ongoing condition but he just brushed off without proper explanation or advice. My question is if your are not interested in animals then why did you becoming a Veterinary doctor? Is it just for the sake of a prifix? When u choose a profession and when u are in it try to do it with some dignity. The hospital don't have a basic x-ray machine and for x-ray they are recommending a nearby private hospitals. The overall standard of service and hygiene needs serious improvement and more attentive care would go a long way.
