We recently took our 3 months old Shih Tzu to Onyx for grooming and the experience was extremely disappointing. Wanted to give negative review. As its first time, we were not knowing that grooming includes bathing also. They started cutting hairs and when we asked about bathing the staff told that you were supposed to say before starting hair cut. Even the owner asked after hair cut when you are planning to bathe our puppy today or tomorrow!!!! They handed our puppy back with full of loose fur, which ended up all over our clothes and car. It was messy, careless and completely unprofessional. Initially they told 600 and after grooming they increased to 800 rupees (that too without bathing!!!), when we questioned straight away reduced 700. Not having any customer service ethics. We would not recommend this onyx to anyone.
