I am especially grateful to Dr. Hari Krishnan A, he was outstanding, very attentive, and explained every step with patience and confidence. My surgery (UBE diseconomy L4-L5) was successful, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The nursing team, in particular, deserves special appreciation — they were incredibly kind-hearted, attentive, and comforting throughout the process. Their care made a huge difference in my recovery. The only area that needs serious improvement is the insurance desk. Unfortunately, my experience there was disappointing and created unnecessary stress. I sincerely hope the management addresses this, as it can negatively impact the overall image of such a reputed hospital. Overall, my medical and surgical experience was excellent, and I remain thankful to the entire medical team for their outstanding care.
