I had a wonderful stay at this charming heritage property. The home was clean, calm, and comfortable, with the warmth of a truly friendly family. Mr. and Mrs. Xavier are outstanding hosts who made me feel at home with their hospitality and delicious homemade food. I enjoyed kayaking during my stay and spent peaceful hours in the expansive garden, watching egrets & herons soar gracefully across the skies and sunbirds zooming in the garden. The serene atmosphere and natural beauty made the experience unforgettable.

Very good service, we have booked and enjoyed the full property with 9 guest. Staff are friendly, and food is very good quality. We can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere here.
Stayed here with my wife and kid. Felt being at home. The house belongs to Mr.Xavier who was ready to help with anything we needed. Took care of us like his children. Such a sweet person. Kayaking and fishing can be done within the home stay. A place to have a relaxed stay. Best tea I had in Kerala. Garden was maintained so well. Please note that this is a homestay and dont expect hotel like rooms. The rooms were super clean and neat.
