Sasikumar Sir the owner is a retired army officer. As can be expected from an armed forces officer, the villa is run with very high standards of facilities, cleanliness and guest service. The villa is freshly renovated and located in a highly secured gated community within 8 minutes walking distance from Kottayam railway station. The interiors are immaculately clean and cleaned daily by a maid. The towels, bedding and all linen items were fresh and spotlessly clean.

Had a pleasant stay. Sasikumar sir was very accommodating with our requests and flexible with both check-in and check-out. The place is spacious, well maintained, and the location is a big plus—just 5 minutes away from the railway station. Whether it's for official meetings or a family stay, this place is highly recommended.
