Heartfelt Grooming Experience at Waggington! Took my Shih Tzu, Luffy, to Waggington on 27-07-2025 for grooming, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! I was referred here by Dr. Sabu from Elcado Pets, and from the moment I stepped in, the place gave off such a warm, homely vibe. Had a lovely conversation with Beena ma'am,it's instantly clear how deeply she cares for animals. Her kindness and genuine love for pets really sets the tone for the whole place. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient. They took their time with my little pupper, never rushed anything, and ensured he was comfortable throughout. Luffy came out looking like an absolute super cutie — clean, happy, and fresh! What really stood out was how Beena ma'am personally double-checked every little detail. That level of care and attention is rare and truly appreciated. Oh, and how could I forget the two resident cuties — Rosamma and Maple! They just added that extra dose of joy to the whole experience ❤️🐾 Highly recommend Waggington to any pet parent who wants their fur baby to be pampered with love and care.
