Worst ever stay at Hotel Merlin Residency! We booked a Suite Room. The service was pathetic – staff don’t care at all, especially the receptionist. She was really worst. No basic courtesy, no proper response and zero effort to make the guests feel comfortable. Honestly, a complete waste of money and peace of mind. Never going back and wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone!
