A good hotel. They have enough staff to attend our needs immediately. Good behavior. Just opposite to Kerala State Road Transport Bus stand, Kottayam. Those who comes here by KSRTC bus need to put few steps only to get in it. They have a open car parking behind it.
We recently visited Arcadia for a buffet lunch, and I cannot express how impressed I was with the service. From the seamless parking to the dining experience, everything was perfectly organized. The food was extraordinary, and the beautiful view and ambiance created a wonderful atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended.

The hotel is ideal because of its location. The staff is well mannered and very helpful. When we asked for a medical shop, they were ready to give us medicines and always had the most pleasing face. The rooms were just ok and not that great. In fact, the bathroom even he had a bad smell. Coming to the food, the kerala meals, fish curry, fish fry and beef were not that great. The Chinese dishes were good. Again, the service in the restaurant was really good.
