My dog got an eye infection after grooming, with continuous watery discharge and redness. The vet confirmed an infection, but the grooming center refused to take responsibility. It's unacceptable to see pets suffer due to negligence. Until they improve their services and accountability, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

No matter how much I thank you, I can't thank you enough, because my dog was very aggressive. First we had booked at another grooming centre. They are said couldn't groom the dog because he was so aggressive. They are said that if I wanted to group my dog, put it in injection .no facility is there .they told me about another grooming centre .they said they would do it under anaesthesia there. I called them, They are said it could be done without any sedation and it would cost around Rs. 5000.they are tell me huge demand and amount. First ,we are first booked the same person told me nearby another dog grooming centre is there ROMS N ROKS just ask to them. I immediately went there and asked. Now right then they said to bring the dog. we are very surprised, when i got there, they are immediately took the dog and started grooming without injection and medicine .they are very friendly .lots of dog was there for grooming .i think all dog very happy. Because, All staff was very friendly. They are handled it very coolly. Only spent 1350 there for him to completely remove my dog hair. I am so very happy. l got excellent experience at ROMS N RAKS. The staff were very professional and incredibly gentle with my dog, making him feel comfortable and at ease throughout the grooming process. the facility was clean and well-maintained. Took great care of my pets! They kept me updated through text since I wasn’t around, which I really appreciate . They also guided me on the best brands of food, shampoo, and other essentials for my fur babies. I would have gladly given a 5-star rating, but they weren’t able to trim my cat due to severe knots (shaving was the only option left). Still, I’d confidently give them a solid 4.5.
