Overall, it was a wonderful experience at Hotel Pentagon. The service and the crew were exceptionally good and were able to cater to all of our needs and requests. This venue is highly recommended for any sort of function.

Conducted 1st birthday party at Royal Pavilion Banquet Hall. Excellent ambience, well maintained and well decorated lightings. The food was also high quality, the service was also well managed. The manager Mr. Jils was very friendly, supportive and professional. Menu is always of our choice and the team always support to choose it our way with different combinations. Highly recommended hall.

We were looking for a suitable hotel in Ettumanoor for our visit to the famous Mahadeva temple situated there and we soon came across Pentagon Hotel. Having read the reviews, we decided to make a booking. The location is fairly good: right on the MC Road and only 2.5 Km from the Mahadeva temple. There are a few parking spaces in front of the property. There are several spaces at the basement although one has to negotiate a really steep slope in order to get there. You can exit directly on to the Old MC Road from the basement: this is really convenient. Rooms are only available on 1 floor (2nd) and there are only 11 of them. The main reason for this as I understand, is that the building was not originally designed as a hotel. I think the current owners purchased an old unfinished building which was probably designed for some other purpose, and converted it into a hotel. The rooms, although not that spacious, are tastefully decorated. I was particularly impressed with the fact that marble is used in the bathroom, giving it an elegant and exquisite look. Room service is good and fast. Food is prepared by Calicut Notebook restaurant group. All dishes were tasty and delicious. Their buffet breakfast spread was not that great, but whatever was available was certainly palatable and we truly enjoyed every bite. A brochure with details of the hotel, placed inside the room study table was interesting to read. Staff were pleasant and happy to help at all times. It was a nice stay and we wouldn't hesitate to come back on another visit to Ettumanoor.

It was, without exaggeration, finger-licking good. From the creative welcome drink right through to the spectacular dessert station, every course was executed with exceptional quality and flavor. Special thanks to the chef who did it all perfectly. ​We were pleased that many of our guests were visiting your hotel for the first time, and they universally praised the location and the overall standard of the event. It was a lovely discovery, and we are extremely satisfied with our choice of venue. We will certainly be returning and highly recommending your establishment.
