Treebo Prince

I recently stayed at Hotel Prince situated in Kottayam and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. Firstly, the location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated in the heart of the city, making it very convenient to explore the local attractions and to access the nearby transportation facilities. Additionally, there are numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes in close proximity to the hotel, making it easy to find everything you need.

The room was good, no curtains to block out light, try some inner black curtain can slove this . They charged for additional water instead of providing it as a complimentary service. Despite these issues, overall service was good.

Thank you for a great stay I am a regular room stayer at Prince Hotel. Many thanks to Vinod, the back boneof hotel, who helped me with a good room when I wanted to stay there. The behavior of the staff there is very bad Even after 30 minutes after I reported that the A/c was not working in the room given to me, no one even came to check. This matter was reported to the operation manager of the hotel and he could not ask for anything. There is no other room. Total is full So many reasons Finally I called Vinod again. He gave me another room which was very bad Room number #202.203 I booked through online. They don't even have a refund option.

Stayed for a night. The room was superb, service was average and the complimentary breakfast was a joke. You are entitled to a single egg for breakfast. Everything else is chargeable. If they stopped promoting the complimentary breakfast and advertised their establishment as a self service hotel where you make the bed, clean the room, carry your luggage, etc., etc., the guests would be better prepared.

No bugget breakfast,basic dosa , no options,fridge not working, management refuse to repair,hotep room outside aesthetic very bad umser renovation.
