I stayed at this hotel for 15 days on my trip to Kerala from USA this year and I absolutely loved my stay and the experience. The hotel was very clean. It had all the modern facilities that the hotels in America has. In fact I couldn’t tell the difference. The staffs were very friendly and the room service was almost instant. Anytime I needed something, I called the front desk and they brought it for me immediately. They even helped me to print some documents for me when I needed. This place also has a gym, multiple bar, and restaurants. They also had laundry service that picks up and drop off. The rooms are fairly priced. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone that’s visiting the area. I promise that you will have a relaxing time.

A very great and memorable experience first time from this bar hotel. some of the features i liked was The room service which was exceptionally prompt and friendly Really appreciate the personalized service Commitment to guest satisfaction is evident Your staffs are all so professional warm and so friendly especially the bar counter staffs (barman and billing staffs)their approach to customer is so admiring. The food here is absolutely delicious! Every dish i tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The spa services here are among the best I’ve experienced Thank you for making my stay so memorable.
