Owner was good & polite but the person who did trimming of my bunnies is amateur I think.... I did trimming for 2 of my bunnies.... because the first one he trimmed... he did in such a rough manner that his skin is now sore today in many places... with red marks of trimmer.... I have to apply Neosporin today.... one thing which I found their drawback... it's seems a good clinic but they lack comb-scissors & pet scissors which were mainly used for grooming bunnies on the normal skin ..... instead the person trimming used a normal sharp scissor.... he even used zero-trimming on the portion of skin which was smooth & created those red marks.... I'm a disappointed because of this.

DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS PATHETIC CLINIC. My kitten of 2 months died due to pure negligence and ignorance of Dr. RUPAM BALA. His lisence should be cancelled. My kitten after deworming, vomitted and stopped eating. It was more than 18 hrs since my kitten stopped eating. Doctor was extremely casual, said no issue with the kitten at all without even running any tests. No action was taken. Gave basic antacid and vitamin which was of no use. He was so casual, he said he give IV drip after 4 days of the kitten without food! Can you belive that? He is PATHETIC. Absolute ignorant. Asked us not to force feed the kitten and its absolutely fine if the kitten doesn’t have food. My kitten puked BILE yet the doctor was casual and showed no emergency!! I wanted to give IV drip right after my kitten bile puked but the clinic does not operate in night neither do they provide emergency service in night. Gave him drip the next morning and he died after 8 hrs of the drip. Dr. RUPAM BALA KILLED MY KITTEN. I wonder how the clinic employs this kind of ignorant doctors and why no emergency services are provided? What have you opened the clinic for? To kill the voiceless souls?

One of the most trusted pet clinic ive ever been to, the owner her mother all the members are like family, and the doctor's also they take time to explain everything and do their job really well. I can guarantee you this is the best pet clinic for your pet, my two male cat had a very bad viral infection and they really took a great care for both of them, they give them saline doses everyday and whenever we reach to them they assured us even send us videos and even the doctor was also so good, he explained me each and every thing and the owner she really took care of my both cat like her own, she always kept me updated about my cats situation and give me suggestions about food and medicine, each and everything she helped me in every possible way she can, she really is the best, im telling everyone you can trust this vet or her with your pet, only for this vet and her my both cats r healthy and stable, back to me, thank you so much madhu di and thank you pet world pet clinic. 1000/100 from me.
