Location is very good. There is no traffic road.Staffs are very caring and behavior also very good. Pet friendly atmosphere.

I'm really sorry to be editing my review today. They got us an appointment at 6pm for my Pom. We arrived at 5:55 pm, and a dog was already getting groomed. When my dogs turn came they invited in a flying customer and asked my mom to wait for a while. It was 8 15 already. My mom is a fibromyalgia patient. Ultimately we had to leave after waiting for 2 hrs when we already had a booking from 2 days prior. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I held this place in high regard, but I'm doubtful if I'll ever go back or suggest anyone else to go there. Time is precious. They should've informed from beforehand so that we could go according.

After searching a lot, I found this place and I had have a wonderful experience with this grooming.I have visited the store at Uttarpara.They are very friendly and extremely professional.The best thing is they didn't use any muzzle and leash to hold her while they were cleaning and grooming her.Highly satisfied with their services.I would love to visit them again and extremely recommend for your furry babies.
