Found this puppy store via YouTube and thn I texted the owner. I really loved her patient hearing, code of conduct, tone of voice, guidance. She never tricked me into buying a more pricey breed, never did she misguide me. I called her several times and every time she cleared my doubts. Gave detailed info about the golden retriever pup that I adopted and also about its pedigree. She is available to my concerns whenever I text her about my pup. I'm so happy that I adopted my pup from here. My puppy is doing completely fit and healthy and extremely active and cheerful. I'm so happy

I have collected a Shitzu puppy from ATS kennel. She is doing great and is of great health and temperament. I would really like to thank Anamika ma'am for guiding me through the selection process to getting the puppy. Also they have a great after sales service, which is really rare. They call me and ask about my puppy's health and guiding me through deworming and all the vaccinations. Thank you so much for giving us a bundle of joy! Her name is Muffin, such an adorable and intelligent puppy she is!!

This shop keeps pets for sale and is known for the guidance, training, and knowledge they provide when you purchase a pet from their shop. They also give a post-purchase service and their staff is pretty good at their job. There was some confusion between products, but the staff was supportive and explained everything in detail. I adopted a puppy from ATS around a year ago, and I’m extremely happy with the quality of the breed. My puppy is fit, healthy, active, and very cheerful. The staff was excellent during the adoption process—polite, patient, and honest. They never pressured me into buying a pricier breed or misled me in any way. However, their post-purchase support needs improvement. As a first-time pet owner, I reached out to their ATS Care number multiple times for guidance, but they were often hard to reach and rarely called back. Some of my queries had to be repeated several times as they were forgotten. Overall, great experience in terms of getting a healthy and well-bred puppy, but better customer support would make it perfect. Thanks for giving me the best puppy!
