I have been getting both my cars serviced here for the last 8 years. The staff is very cordial and maintain a very healthy customer relationship. The quality of service has always been good here and a simple phone call gets me all the services I need from them.
Horrible... stay away from this place. This husband-wife duo is very business minded and will not hesitate to cheat you. They will try to sell their items saying that its good for your pet, whereas in reality they do not care about any pet but only money. They just pretend to be nice, but it takes some experience to discover their real self. I stopped going there once I found I was getting cheated..
Lovely place, lot of options, variety brands and well maintained place. The owner was there & she completely guided me very well. Also never advised to buy anything not required for my puppy. Easily noticeable from a moving vehicle, on the main road from Behala Chowrasta to karunamoyee near the triangular crossing. They have in-house doctor and are very helpful.
Place is good I purchased my single guinea pig for around 350.
The shop owner gives us lixen powder for my parrot we did not know anything much about the medicines of the parrot as we were the first time pet owner. Listen powder was a good medicine but the direction of use which were given by the shop owner was wrong. After giving the Powder my parrot tongue and mouth suddenly become black after sometime and the parrot passed away. Later we knew that the parrot should be given after mixing water in it, the Powder was of extremely high power and my baby parrot could not tolerate the power of the Powder as the shop owner told the medicine would be given directly which was absolutely wrong. I think people should give this medicine after contacting with a pet doctor otherwise this place is not trustworthy at all.
