Doesn't even deserve one star but had to rate in order to write a review. I took my cockatiel with a mild cold. The day we suspected it (Wednesday), we took him to medicure pet clinic. The doctor didn't even bother to touch my bird (all my birds are tamed) and didn't even clarify if it was a bacterial infection or what. Prescribed some medicines, which included one cough syrup for dogs and cats. My bird took meds every single day, was very strong till he took his last breath. On Friday, we called the pet clinic because my bird was having a slight open mouthed breathing, they said they'd talk to the vet but never called us back. When my bird was suffering from extreme respiratory distress, we called them again and they asked for the breathing videos of my poor sick bird. Sometime later, they texted me to stop giving the cough syrup and asked to continue the other meds. By that time, my poor baby was already gone. They called us to prescribe a life saving drug when my bird's life was gone forever. So irresponsible, please cross check the meds you're giving to your birds or pets prescribed by that vet. Today the loss is mine, one might think it doesn't matter, he was just a bird but he was our family member, our own child. Take care of your pets, they deserve the best! 🤍

I got my cat neutered, and the surgery went very well. He is now fit and fine. The staff and doctors were very kind, cooperative, and helpful throughout the entire process. Even during follow-up check-ups, everything goes smoothly and is handled very efficiently.
