I called the number on this maps listing to schedule a doctor's appointment for Saturday the Thursday before and was told to call again on Saturday to reconfirm. I called on Saturday and was told that the doctor would be in at 5/5.30. I travelled here with my cat in heat inside a carrier on a car for 45 minutes (one side) and when I got there they said the doctor wasn't in. Extremely unprofessional and sad behaviour by people who are supposed to take care of our pets. Edit: replying to the owner's response. The doctor's emergency is not the issue here at all. Your incompetence in not informing me of the doctor's availability is the issue. I'm not going to call you after you confirmed that morning that I'll have the doctor's appointment and ask again "does your doctor have an emergency surgery I need to be aware of" it is your responsibility to inform me of any change of plans. The doctor is not at fault here, it is 100% you.
